All franchise applications submitted to MYYWAY are reviewed on an individual basis. Review may take into account factors including, but not limited to, the applicant’s background, relevant experience, skills, business knowledge, management capability, investment capacity, proposed location, availability of suitable premises, staffing capability, and overall suitability for the selected franchise.

MYYWAY may contact applicants during the review process to request additional information, clarification, or documentation.

Submitting a franchise application, paying any associated application fee (where applicable), or completing any step of the application process does not guarantee approval for a franchise.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to MYYWAY — including personal, financial, business, and location-related information — is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

MYYWAY relies on the information provided by applicants during the evaluation process. Submitting false or inaccurate information may result in an application being declined, or an approval being withdrawn if discovered at a later stage.

By submitting an application, applicants agree to:

• Provide truthful and complete information at every stage of the application.
• Respond to reasonable requests for clarification or supporting documentation in a timely manner.
• Independently assess their own financial, operational, and personal readiness to take on a franchise.
• Comply with any applicable local laws and regulations relevant to operating the proposed business.
• Seek independent legal, financial, or professional advice before entering into any franchise agreement.

Where an applicant is found suitable following review, MYYWAY may proceed to further discussion, which can include additional meetings, documentation, and negotiation of a formal franchise agreement.

No franchise relationship is formed, and no party is bound, until a formal franchise agreement has been reviewed and signed by both MYYWAY and the applicant. These Terms & Conditions do not themselves constitute a franchise agreement.

Following approval and execution of a franchise agreement, MYYWAY will work with the franchise partner on business setup in line with the specific franchise model, which may include guidance on premises, equipment, branding, and initial training.

The scope of setup support varies by franchise category and will be defined in the applicable franchise agreement. Nothing on this website should be treated as a complete description of setup support for any specific franchise.

All content on this website — including the MYYWAY name, logo, brand identity, text, graphics, layouts, and franchise materials — is the property of MYYWAY or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• No content may be copied, modified, or used commercially without MYYWAY’s prior written consent.
• Use of MYYWAY branding by franchise partners is permitted only as set out in a signed franchise agreement.
• All intellectual property rights not expressly granted remain reserved to MYYWAY.
